Burn Calories Like a Kid - One Day at a Time!

"We've all said at one time or another, I wish some of that energy from that kid would rub off on me. As we watch 2-4 year olds jump off couches, swing from the ceiling and run about the place from the comfort of our living room chair, it's no wonder we've picked up a little weight. So, I want to try out something. I want to burn a few extra calories per day by doing something my 6-year-old does. And it starts TODAY!"
